1. Charge
Place the magnetic cable head onto the side of the wrist device and plug it into the power source or computer for charging.
A red light will turn on while charging, and will go from red to green when the charge is complete. Charging time is 90 min. Usage time is 150 min. approximately
2. Activation ? Deactivation
- Product: To activate and deactivate press the A shaped button for a few seconds until a light turns on. Once it is activated you can scroll through the vibration modes by pressing the A shaped button or with the remote control.
- Wristband: The wristband is easily adjustable to all wrist sizes. You may lock it at the hole in the band that gives you a firm fit. You can put away the rest of the band through the hole and around your wrist.
- Finger sleeve: There are two sizes available (S & L) and are easily adjustable to either the index finger or the middle finger.
